Quick answers to the most common questions — click to expand.
- Download the installer from the Download tab and install Robot Polybot.
- Open the program. The first time, the activation screen appears.
- Paste your PLBT key (sent by email after subscribing, in the format PLBT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
- Done — the license is now active on that computer.
Your license is valid for 1 machine at a time. To switch computers:
- On the current computer, go to the License tab and click "Deactivate license on current machine" — this releases the key.
- On the new computer, install the bot and paste the same key on first launch.
- Open the bot and click the Settings gear.
- Paste your private key and the public address of your Polymarket wallet.
- Save. This is what authorizes the bot to trade on your account.
Go to the Subscription & Invoices tab and click "Cancel subscription". You can cancel anytime — access remains until the end of the cycle you've already paid for, and there are no further charges after that.
Bot configuration guide
Every setting explained in detail — click to expand. If you're just starting out, read them in order.
Dry Run makes the bot operate with no real money. It analyzes the market, shows the signals and simulates bets in the panel, but does not send any orders to Polymarket.
It's the perfect mode to understand how the bot behaves and to test your settings (score, token price, bankroll) at no cost.
The bankroll is the total amount you set aside to trade — it's the reference the bot uses to calculate the size of each entry. It's not money we hold: it's just a number you enter, matching how much you have in your Polymarket wallet to trade with.
The larger the bankroll, the larger the proportional bets (when you use dynamic betting).
The bot analyzes the market and gives a score from 0 to 10 to each opportunity. The higher the score, the stronger the signal in favor of a direction (up or down). The minimum score is the score from which the bot feels confident enough to bet.
- High minimum score (e.g. 8): only enters on very strong signals → fewer entries, more selective.
- Low minimum score (e.g. 5): enters on weaker signals → more entries, less selective.
This is the most important one to understand. On Polymarket you don't bet "money on a side" — you buy tokens (shares) of an outcome, and each token costs between $0 and $1. If the outcome happens, each token becomes $1; if not, it becomes $0.
The token price reflects the probability the market assigns to the outcome — and it determines how much you earn if you're right:
- Token at $0.50 → market sees it as 50/50. If you win, you double (pay 0.50, receive 1.00).
- Token at $0.90 → likely (90%). Small profit: +11%.
- Token at $0.97 → almost certain. Minimal profit: +3%.
The Max Token Price is the highest price you're willing to pay per token. It controls the minimum return on your entries:
- Low Max (e.g. 0.80): only enters when the token is cheap → higher return per bet, but fewer entries (such opportunities are rarer).
- High Max (e.g. 0.97): accepts expensive tokens → more entries, but lower return per bet.
By default, the bot calculates each bet amount dynamically — a slice of the bankroll, adjusted by the expected return. But you can fix the amount:
- Fixed bet ($5, $10, $20, $50, $100): every entry uses exactly this amount, regardless of the bankroll.
- Custom bet: you type the exact amount you want (e.g. $7).
When a fixed amount is on, it overrides the dynamic calculation. If none is on, the bot decides the size of each entry on its own.
To trade for real, the bot needs two pieces of information from your Polymarket wallet:
- Private key: this is what authorizes the bot to execute orders on your account. It stays only on your computer, in the configuration file next to the bot — it is never sent to our servers.
- Public address (funder address): the address of your wallet that holds the USDC balance.
